Just had a message from a confused lister, one of their customers tried to add a review to their business listing, but were told they have to pay?! I can’t recreate this, does anyone know what she means or how to stop this? Certainly don’t want to charge people to leave a review!

I’m trying to add test reviews right now to a listing but every time I try I either get the following error;

or a 500 server error.

When I get all the code, the reviews come through for to be checked, but not when I get the 500 error.

I think I have some issues going on here. Please can someone take a look/advise?

there is no pay to review options in GD…

I just tested and left a review in a listing (link in next private reply) and it worked.

No errors.
