– user gets an extra option in the package area to add their listing as featured
– user chooses that option as, e.g., 5 dollars extra and his listing is displayed as featured
– the featured listings are shown on top of all others in the category and search pages

I think automating the featured listing in such a way makes sense. Or is there another way to combine manual + automatic?
