Popular Post Category icon issue

For some reason on the popular post category widget I have it set up to display 10 categories and the rest are hidden until the “More Categories” link is pressed but I noticed that some of the categories instead of displaying the icon and name it actually says: “ icon” categoty name (12).

I just noticed it today but im unsure how long this has been this way, I applied all updates to see if this would fix the issue but all remains the same.
