I use wpgeodirectory + multilocations plagin at my website http://www.saloni.com.ua
The language of my website is Russian ( cyrillic letters)

I added many times before group of listings via GD IMPORT & EXPORT CSV
My last successful import was on 4th of May 2015. I imported about 100 listings from csv file and everything was just fine with encoding.
Then on 20th of May I received letter from wpgeodirectory with following info

New Import / Export Features
With GeoDirectory it is now possible to bulk Import Listings and Categories, Export Listings and Categories and re-import Listings and Categories to update them, making it easier to manage and expand any kind of directory.

And when I try now to import csv files I receive text like
Салон красоты Домино предлагаеÑ

I check encoding of csv file – it is utf-8. I use OpenOffice and Notepad++ for preparation of csv files ( same I did before).
Please help me with this problem.
