Isn´t it possible to select this in a place form field to make this feature part of a price package?

E.G.
clients who have payed package X don´t see their competitors on their own page.
Clients who have a free account need to accept related listing on their page.

I have several clients now who don´t accept the related listing in their page and if I want the delete this, it disappears in the complete post type.
To make a new custom post type isn´t a option for reason these clients are not part of the group anymore. Am I wrong or are there other options?
