I want a related listing tab to only feature a certain category that IS NOT in the same category as the listing currently viewed. I would also like a related listings tab for each category that I currently have.

For example, if I have the categories restaurant, bars, and super markets. When viewing an item in the restaurant category, I want a related listings tab of listings only in the super markets category, another related listings tab of listings only in the bar category, and another related listings tab of only listings in the restaurant category. Note this is just an example. What is my quote?
