I downloaded the sample .csv file. It is attached. I read the link below and the .csv file doesn’t have all the fields: cat_name, slug, posttype, and icon. The link says not to change the order of the fields. Where can I get the latest .csv file? Also,where do I include the subcategories? I don’t see it in the sample.csv file.
