When changing widths %s of right sidebar and content the front-end layout doesn’t seem to change.

Also, I’ve added Gmap listing to sidebar but it disappears when scrolling. I added a text widget with a bunch of spaces <p> </p> (which is a quick solution) but i can’t determine page height on search page cause # of results will very.

any help is appreciated

When you are using the Enfold compatibility plugin (or any compatibility plugin/theme combination) you are replacing the HTML wrappers of GD with the ones used by the theme – so the GD width options will have no effect.

To change the widths you will need to use theme options (if they exist) or adjust the css in your child theme.

Also, the Gmap Listings sidebar sticky works perfect in Firefox 33.1.
It displays the full map and does not disappear when scrolling.

In Chrome Version 38.0.2125.122, the sidebar sticky map displays half of the map but does not disappear when scrolling.

In Safari 8 the sidebar sticky map only displays half of the map and disappears when scrolling.

Not sure if I should start a new thread since this is marked Solved….?

(sorry there’s two images, discard the wrong one please)
Which I just realized is now scrolling to bottom of page without disappearing. But only displays half of the map.

I believe this change may be due to updating WP to 4.0.1 which required the Enfold theme to be updated to 3.0.4

I will have a look at why the map is showing different behaviour across browsers.
In the meantime, if you don’t want it to disappear, you can change that setting in the widget.
