I have tried to get the switcher to work on 3 different browsers (Safari, FF, Chrome) but all have given the same result. I can switch from country to country, but I cannot go back to Everywhere.

I have removed the Location Page, ran the GD Tools Page Check to add a fresh Location Page back, but none of this has worked.

This has been a pretty frustrating situation. Any guidance is appreciated.
