You cannot use any caching, I suggest you turn off WordFence and have another look.

All GD URLs should start with those [places and location in your case].
At least that is what I think, I am not familiar with WordFence.

To make widgets in the sidebar look like your theme, you will have to customize your CSS a bit.

You will loose them when updating plugins or themes.
