For example, if a listing was in a category or in two categories, it would look like this

Festival

or

Food Nightlife,Hotels

What if I had a sub-category called Sports Bar within Food Nightlife … how would it look in the cell within the CSV?

(ie. Food Nightlife>Sports Bar) ?
