I was also able to identify this issue.

Once you click the button to submit the listing, it forwards to /add-listing/ and displays no preview of what they just submitted.

I just tried to add a listing to your database and I see a country region city = all

That is a big mistake and obivously part of a customization.

Please activate the main theme without ANY customizations or plugin and test it again.

If the problem persist we will have a look at it…

I would try updating all ur plugins to latest and if that does not work then send me wp-admin and FTP and i will look deeper.
