I asked about having all cpt’s on one “Add Listing” page, and only events cpt on the “Add Events” page. Simone was great in providing me with the code to do this and it was working.

I have just started this project again (sigh) and now when I added the code to the functions file, the Events cpt is on the Add Listings page, where it wasn’t before. The Add Events page is fine.

Wondering if something has changed, code wise, or, through updates to make this so? Either way, wondering if someone can help with this, or should I post this under Jobs again?

Secondly, I need to add instructions to the Add Listing page and thought that I would add them to the sidebar… But, I need different instructions for the Add Listings and the Add Events. Where/How would I go about adding instructions?

I’m sorry, but I haven’t had a reliable internet connection for the past 7 days and given that this isn’t support, but debugging custom code, I had to put it at the bottom of my to do list.

If you are in hurry, I can move the topic in the Jobs section of the forum, where there could be a developer interested to working on this (for a fee) right away for you.

Otherwise we’ll need to wait until my internet provider wakes up (hopefully today).

Debugging with 20 seconds page loading time is not an option.

For the other question you can use a plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-widgets/

and use ?listing_type=gd_place, ?listing_type=gd_event, etc as conditions.
