I have a current supplier directory here http://www.eventindustrynews.co.uk/event-industry-supplier-directory/

Each listing is like this example http://www.eventindustrynews.co.uk/directory/warwick-conferences/

Each listing sits in a database my question is can you think of a way i can export these and import them in to WP Geo Directory?

The sample CSV there suggests that it should be possible by exporting from your current database, reorder and rename the columns and upload to your new data base.
I suggest to start with a few only, and always backup before you attempt something like this.
