How can I remove them safely?

Shouldn’t they of been automatically removed? (Hence why I’m posting in the Bug section)

It just saves settings. Remember it’s running on a multisite and there is no option to uninstall it in the network options. only via the admin interface which isn’t an “uninstall” button.

What do I do?

There was some issue reported when doing multisite removals, we have already added a fix for this but its not released yet (should be monday/tuesday). If you can provide wp-admin and Database access we would be happy to clean this up for you, otherwise it would just be a case of deleting all GD posts, categories and tags and then removing the tables.
