Please can you help sort out why the auto updates are not working on my site despite me being subscribed?

I will send you logins privately … please can we do a long term fix so i do not keep getting this problem.

license are not entered nor activated for any of your add-ons.

Please copy and paste each license key that you find here, in GeoDirectory >> Auto Updates / Licenses and activate them.

Auto update should start working fine. If you ever renew your membership, make sure to enter the old subscription license key to renew them all, otherwise you would be buying a new subscription with new license keys.
