I have two post-types which is the PLACE(address required) and the TRANSPORTATION (no address required). And I’d like to know where can I set these “add listing” and make it appear in my navigation. re-named as “submit a listing”.

Also, where can i the transportation (post-type) be visible in the “places” permalink? so all listings are in ONE menu/page. I have a menu called “Add a Review” and it would be nice if it has a sub menu of
1. Places
2. Tranportation
