I am working with the integration with buddpress, and it would be great if people can contact directly with the author directly from the page.

That allows you to link claimed/assigned listings to the BP author page.

I installed the plugin. I configured it enabling all options…. just to test.
The only link that appears is “Business owner?”. And, also, if you are not logged in, you won’t even see this text.
Am I missing anything?

Here we provided a function that will show it for all: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/show-author-on-listings-that-are-not-claimed/

However it doesn’t show it exactly in the same location. That said there other hooks that could be used to display it elsewhere. Let us know where you would prefer it and we will provide the appropriate snippet.
