I can see that the license key fields are not present on the plugins page, though WP Easy Updates is installed. I will flag this for the developers to take a look and see if they can find the plugin conflict there.

Do you have a staging or dev site for troubleshooting?
Also, if you have FTP, that is very helpful for troubleshooting.

There was a conflicts between plugins for plugin update process.
I have installed one must use plugin “WP Easy Updates missing Licence key & Notifications” under Plugins > Must Use and now activating licence is working fine.
