But this is the WordPress URL which is in a different folder (/hub) to the site address, so the link goes to a 404 page. Can this be fixed?

Also is there a list available of the different shortcodes ([#listing_link#] etc.) that can be used in the email templates?

Thanks.

Because the line “Sent from – Plastic Surgery Hub.” is the WordPress URL which is in a different folder (/hub) to the site address, so the link goes to a 404 page. It needs to be the site URL not the folder where WP is installed.

You can adjust the email at GD > notifications > other emails
You can replace [#listing_link#] with any HTML you like.

I hope I understand you correctly …

But I agree that [#listing_link#] should link to the homepage URL, not the folder where WP is installed. I’ll let the developers know too.

This is what I have for the email template:

<p>Hi, you have an enquiry from <b>[#listing_link#]</b></p><p>===============================</p><p>[#comments#]</p><p>===============================</p>
<p>Click reply to send a message to [#from_name#].</p><p>Thank you,<br /><br />[#site_name_url#].</p>

And this is what the email looks like:

Hi, you have an enquiry from Test Listing
===============================
Hello, I would like to enquire about…
From : Adele
Phone :

Sent from – Plastic Surgery Hub.
===============================

Click reply to send a message to Adele.
Thank you,
http://www.plasticsurgeryhub.com.au.

So the “Sent from” line gets added in automatically – I’m happy to remove this line if you can tell me what php file it is in?

It will need fixing anyway.
