Social Importer—Facebook App Not Setup

I’ve been trying to get the Social Importer to work for several weeks and I keep getting the following error (see screenshot).

Yelp seems to be working.

I’ve been checking the support forum about this and updates to the Social Importer plugging have not fixed this problem. I have deleted and readied the app several times.

Is there something obvious that I’m missing here?

It seems you dont have access to the app u are using, have u created your own app and used those details?

I started over again, and on the sixth time I realized I didn’t click “save” before clicking on “Connect your App” (step 10 on the instruction page you posted above).
Doh!!

Hopefully this post will help others from ending up in the same loopy-loop I found myself in.
