API to enable a integration of existing online invoice billing systems

Hi I would like to be able to create invoices according to the purchases of existing price tables. As we are acting with paid listings our customers (private or business) need to get a proper invoice with according tax fee settings according to customer locations. Regarding to different customer citizens, if they are local, european or international customers. An API would help to integrate existing online billing systems e.g. freshbooks.com (which also work together with woocommerce) to enable a proper invoice creation for all customers.
