GeoDirectory makes it possible for site admins to change the owner of listings. This article explains the process for the same. 

Changing the Owner of a Listing

Navigate to CPT > Add New, or to the list of CPTs in the backend and click Edit against the listing that you wish the change the owner of.

Click Screen Options, make sure the CPT Owner option is checked.

Scroll down, locate the CPT Owner box, and then change the owner accordingly.

Be sure to Save your changes.
