Several of your plugins are out of date, please update them and check.

You can’t manually select a GD item when creating an invoice, this is created only when a user adds a listing from the frontend.

You could certainly send an invoice when a form is filled in or even send them straight to checkout. How many listings do you have and what is your server specs?

If you provide wp-admin and cpanel details i will check things for any problems.

with

geodir_get_images($post->ID,’thumbnail’,false,true,4);
