Category Image Size Display Issue

We’re having custom icon/images created for our categories, but when using some test images, noticed we can’t get them to fit into the area correctly.

On https://practitioners.holistic.vip if you scroll down below search where the categories display, the first one for example “Acupressure” has a 89px by 45px rectangle that should fill the area but shows as a tiny square. I tried the following CSS using Stylebot, but when adding to the theme or page doesn’t work.

Can you please provide correct CSS to fix this?
