Make sure you save the file with LibreOffice, not Excel.
To share it with us you can zip the file first
Not a valid CSV File error
There is a bug in WordPress that you may run across if you try to upload a CSV file. When you try to upload the file, you may see an error:
“The uploaded file is not a valid csv file. Please try again”.Some members have reported success with this plugin, a temporary fix until the WordPress issue is resolved:

February 6, 2019 at 4:01 am #467355Are you updating a listing? If so, then post_id is ok, if not it should be cleared.
There are illegal characters when I open with UTF8 encoding. What encoding did you save as?
Did you use LibreOffice?
Did you install the plugin I linked above?

February 6, 2019 at 6:45 pm #467469Errors are still there, you need to correct all bad format characters.
For example in the title of the 1st listing:
Tolimaメs Auto Center
See what’s there instead of an apostrophe?
All similar errors must be corrected.
Thanks
