The maps widget on my website has just stopped working..

Secondly, what’s the best height and width for the map sidebar widget based on a 67% content width and a 30% sidebar width, should I just set the widgets width as 30%?
Thirdly the search widget just isn’t working.. (and on a page where its displayed in a side bar under customise.. the word more appears twice for no apparent reason).

Hello sorry for the delay. Most likely some of your plugins are creating a conflict with Jquery, could you try to test your website leaving all the GD activated?

About the map height/width, this is up to yo, you can also play with the auto zoom, you can leave the h/w values as default

I have deactivated all but the geodirectory plugins and now all that seems to be loading is the grey background…

I’ve just done a webpage test and since disabling the other plugins jquery isnt loading at all…

you were seeing the grey background because there was the GD plugin for buddy press activated without buddy press, now all is fine. Try to reactivate all the other plugin one by one until you find the culprit

I have reactivated everything and its all working perfectly..
How strange..?
Also, on the custom sidebar when you click the customize button why does the word more randomly appear? (should i start another thread for this? heres a link http://urban-fix.co.uk/food_and_drink..

That is strange, I can see the More appearing only once, is it appearing on that link you sent?

Ah, its now only appearing once.,
That link is just to a page where that particular widget is in use!
Either way, it doesn’t actually do anything?
How should i go about getting rid of it?

I believe its something to do with Advance search options under the CPT and changing the field data type from select to check and back to check.. I will try deleting the options i added and reinstating them, might just be a bit of code not updating properly…
I shall fiddle around and let you know what happens..

Hi,

that more link should toggle a window showing more options, so if you don’t have more options it shouldn’t be there at all.

To hide it momentarely you can add this to your custom css in GD >> Design >> Scripts :
```
span.expandmore {
    display: none;
}
```
I’ve asked developer to verify why it is appearing, if it shouldn’t and to fix this for all.

I have worked out what was causing the issue, when you change the Field data type to check and tick the box for; ‘please check to expand search range’ this turns the feature on, however, when you change it back to Select, and the ‘please check to expand search range’ disappears if you dont untick it before hand it stays..
Thought i’d let you know so you can replicate the issue..

Okay, another thing, when you enable the options for FDT and click the check to expand, I have entered the expand search range as 5 and now when i click more the other options appear and disappear like a slinky…
If you guys can give me some CSS to fix this that would be great, I shall leave my options as is for now so you guys can see what i mean, if not i will just use the Select option as this shows properly.
