missing registration email

    I’m not receiving an email with password information when I register on my site. Any idea what the problem is?

    I did receive the Admin BCC copy, by the way.

    Hi john,

    Could you install the plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-log/ and check if the email is being correctly logged. If they are and still aren’t sent, the problem is at the server level.

    In that case 99% of times it can be solved installing and configuring an SMTP plugin.

    Thanks! The problem turned out to be an error in adding the email account to my gmail.
