Near test box has disappeared

Hi,
When I initially installed directory starter with the supreme theme, my home page had two boxes with a search button.
One box was the “Near” text box field. The other was the “Search” text box field.

The default post type is “Places”, I created a new post type named “Services”, and when I switched to this new post type “Services” and deleted all of the places Dummy Data my home page is now only showing the “Search” text box field with the search button.

My “Near” text box field is gone! How do I get the “Near” text box field to show back in my home page?
I have looked through all the settings and I can’t figure it out.
