Required select field

Hello,

I am using select fields which are mandatory and have some default values. When I enter Add listing page all of these fields are marked as incorrect even after I pick another (and valid) option from list. Fields are marked as correct only after I click Review & Add button (in case there are other errors and listing is not added).

Comparing this to required text field, there is a different behavior. When text field is empty, it is marked as incorrect but right after I insert some text it is marked as correct immediately – so there is some “real-time” check before form is sent.

Is it possible to have same behavior for required select fields? It is confusing for some users that field is marked as incorrect even after they picked some option from list or they keep default option.
