Shortcode to display all cities in a region

Hi,

How can you display a list of all current regions in a country and all cities with active locations whithin a region? Is there a shortcode for it?

Example:
Region 1
-city a
-city b
Region 2
-city c
-city d

Edit: Do Countries, Regions, Cities each have their own template? If not, is there a way to have each of them have their own template?
