    Hi, I don’t know why, but I have two questions/issues placed 6 hours ago (below) that have received no attention today, while I see others posted after me getting attention – ??!!!

    Hi Adyp,

    we guarantee response time within 24hrs to everyone. The order is not established only by who post 1st, but also which answer is easier to give.

    For some you need to wait until a developer is available.

    I wasn’t aware of the response policy – I was seeing activity on plenty other topics and have a sensitivity due to an earlier post (a while back) that was ‘accidentally overlooked’ for rather a long time.
