What recommend for companies/individuals in GD and BP?

Hi – I am setting up my website with a business directory (GD), events directory (GD), social network (BuddyPress), and WooCommerce/WC Vendors Pro. I am using Kleo theme (SeventhQueen).

I am trying to understand how I should handle companies and individuals in terms of accounts in GD and BP.

So, a company will have an entry in the GD business directory, and they will post events in the events directory, and the company (and/or an employee) will have a social activity wall in BuddyPress, and friends, etc.

— How register: Does an Individual (employee) or Company (as an entity) register? Do they register in BuddyPress first and then create the GD business directory entry?
— Can there be both Company and Individual BuddyPress entries that then link to the Company profile on GD?
— How should the connection between GD and BP be shown? eg on GD directory profile, how show a link to the company BP profile or the employee BP profile? Just a simple link?
— Is there any issue with losing the GD business entry if the employee who created the entry leaves the company and deletes their BP profile?
