I am using a plugin for login. which has a popup and social login features

How can I replace the redirect to use the shortcode to log in and then redirect it to the page …

No, just login with the same credentials you use here.
And UsersWP and the Social Login addon are free anyway 🙂
But you may be interested in the GD integration addon too.
