Proper Slug-1 Problems

    Hi support team,

    referring to my former thread (https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/events-epic-404-article-not-found/#post-43167) where I stated the no article found problem. I need you to help me with my slug-1 problem.

    I believe this comes from the usage of the old database where prior geotheme categories are still existing.

    Is there a way to display the prior place and event categories setup from geotheme within geodirectory, so not to implement whole data new again?

    Because when I now setup new categories then the slug add a “-1” on the end of the slug and the id’s are rising up. See screen shot – http://screencast.com/t/8OQFcVHH

    I am not sure what to do. Could you please guide me what to do to enable proper categories setup without having trouble of “-1” slugs?

    Hi Simone,

    I have deactivated the “all in one security” plugin so you should now be able to access again.

    I would really appreciate if you would be able to change the things needed to enable to forth going usage of the prior database even if there is a delete or truncate of data necessary.

    Looking forward to your results and also to hear what you have done to be aware of the things, not only for me even for other users with same issue.

    Here again my Problem, now within the right thread:

    yes it has worked for the events.
    BUT

    Please advice how to use old data within or truncate (delete within table) old data and proceed further with new setup of data.
