Two plugins will not activate

The AffiliateWP Integration and the Lists plugins will not activate. I have deleted them several times and re-installed and they will still not activate. Also, I notice that the license key is no longer showing next to the plugin in the plugin list. I have a lifetime membership so that should not be affected.

List Manager requires Post 2 Post, make sure to install that first.

I have a lifetime membership so that should not be affected.

there is no such thing as a lifetime membership on our website. You have a annual membership.

Just wanted to make sure you are aware of it.
