Hi liberty, this will be fixed in the next release.
If you can’t wait till then upload the file below to
wp-content/plugins/geodirectoryWhy are there two overall rating options?
Added
. tp-thumbcontainer { z-index: 3000; }
to your custom CSS.Did that fix what you wanted?
You cannot turn off region data population.
Every location in the world is organised by the Google API by Country – Region – City.
For example,
France – Haute-Savoie – Saint Jean D’Aulps
United Stated – California – Los AngelesAsia is not a country or a region or a city.
You cannot create your own regions, they need to be based on the Google map API or your maps cannot work. Please let me know if that does not answer your question.
The fields were set to only accept decimal value and you were trying to enter “$12.34” instead of “12.34”.
I changed the fields to character, so you can add a mix of characters.I think we need to chat to Vikas for some clarification, I’ll invite him.
s2member and formidable

http://www.s2member.comYou change that text in the language file of GD core.
Some other payments language strings are in th Payment addon language file.Days might be limited to 90, see the note on the package settings page.
Do you still get that error if you stick to the limits?A user will need to log in before the system is able to know who they are, so you will need a login widget.
If you are using GDF (which you are) you can add the GDF> Welcome Login widget in the GD Header Right section.
The author page will need the GD > login widget; some users will have listings and/or favorites.
You can adjust the links in the GD > login at GD > design > navigation. What do you think other themes do that GDF does not?
Personally I like simple sites rather than bells and whistles, and you always will find a plugin for whatever you need.I did not suggest to have a free package. Even a paid listing that is claimed will be a free listing for the claimant.
Why not have a basic package that your staff uses with a coupon, but users can pay as well if they don’t want more than 1 image, location and description? Just set it at the right price. That way you don’t have to pay your staff for some, and you get actually paid 🙂
I don’t think you can hide a package it without extra coding, but you might be able to give access to some part only of your admin by using suer role plugins.
If a new user claims a listing, then that only means he will be able to edit it, there will be no request for payment.
I suggest to only add basic info like address. Then create a package that allows phone, url etc.
After claiming, then they have to upgrade if they want contact or url added, and that is how you could force payment.Yes, but not for standard Places CPT because free users cannot change that Name.
When GD refers to Cities, it really refers to the location as per Google API.
Depending on where you live, these can be vast areas, like Los Angeles in the US, but in Australia for example a Google “city” is just a suburb. I guess in the UK for example it just refers to a village, town or city.I don’t think you will be able to add a listing in a village called UpperEnd and try to set the address in the address base to BigTown. We are dealing with computer logic here, not people logic.
This is more a Google API problem I think, together with the fact that all countries use different administrative divisions.
Unless I misunderstood everything here, it’s happened before 🙁
The Original Places CPT needs to be translated [agree with Paolo, and that is probably why we were all on a different page, since we were talking Places in the first post]
Any other CPT takes the reference for tags and categories from the “post type”, not the slug or any other labels.
Have a look at http://goldroo.net/accommodation/guesthouses/teny/
All my labels and slug are to Accommodation, only my post type is accom to keep it short.
So I agree with Liberty. And once you chosen a post type, you should not change it, so you cannot fix it. -
