Not sure why zoom=5 would not show anything.
Using the shortcode builder will prevent incorrect double quotes being used:

First, on the home page, “after” I click on the “cluster icon”… how am I to determine what the zoom level is?

    Trial and error

Next, I added in the zoom=”4 ” and do not see any difference when reloading the page? This is on the homepage.

Then you need to increase it to 5.

    Thanks

You could try setting zoom to a number that is the same zoom level as the level you get after clicking the cluster.
It will no longer show all markers in view though.

    Thanks

Please send the URLs of the 2 images and the new CPT.
I cannot guess where to look for them.
    Thanks

zoom should be set to “auto”, unless you have a good reason not to.

There is no maptype but you should use map_type
And map_type is still set to “auto”

    Try this:

    [gd_map map_type='directory' width=100% height=525 search_filter=1 cat_filter=1 post_type_filter=1 marker_cluster=1]

If it works, then it is correct.
Use the shortcode builder to get the correct shortcodes:
    https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/95-shortcode-builder

You seem to have the correct shortcode at https://usfdins.com/location/ apart from that you are not using the marker cluster.

If we need to have a look at your settings, then please post WP admin details in a private reply.

    Thanks

D: How do I remove the main search, I dont need two search on same page. So for Example I dont want Main Seach on Events, Places or home services Pages as I already get a search funtion to the right beside the Map.

Without being able to see the site I am guessing you mean the one in the header on the GD Archive page. Try this CSS:

    .post-type-archive .header-top .geodir-search-container {display: none;}

All your questions are about customization using CSS. Please learn some CSS so you can customize your site the way you want it, or seek assistance from a developer.
    This may assist: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/

C: Where can I edit what Category I want to be shown on the front page and not?

Edit the GD > Categories element: https://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/article/48-gd-categories

If A listing have already added a email in premium and downgrade to free, they will still have the contact email form that is only for premium.

That should not be the case if you have set up the contact form using Ninja forms as recommended.

    A. That video is called “How to use Elementor Pro Contact Forms inside GeoDirectory listings” and has nothing to do with what you are trying to achieve.

    B. Please send us the URL of the page, not the website.
And also include WP admin details because your site is under construction.

Custom fields are at Places > Settings
And they have an option to select which price package they belong to.

    Thanks

    In the CSS, change

    .post-type-archive-gd_place

    to

    .geodir-page-cpt-gd_place

    etc

You need to target the search page as the starting part of the CSS

    For example

    .geodir-page-cpt-gd_place .search_by_post option[value=gd_propiedades] {display: none;}

    etc

    A. Remove/disallow the Email custom field from the free package.

    B. Please send us the URL of that page.

    Thanks

Update GeoDirectory to the latest version which is 2.0.0.93 and you will find the added CSS Classes.
