Is there a plan in the short term to introduce the featured image and tagline for neighborhoods?

If you are not see the plugin updates as automatic updates make sure you have:
Set the licensing key in GD > Auto Updates
Cleared the GD Booster cacheIf it is still not showing try switching you CDN (Cloudflare etc) to developer mode.
