This seems to be some rough padding or something, you should be able to fix it by adding this to your child theme css file

.geodir_category_list_view li.geodir-gridview {
margin-right: -1px;
}

The last round of updates was a one off as we were converting to multisite DB structure, but this in no way could change the marker positions…
