Adding a CPT new listing

    I have searched in both the documentation and online and I am unable to find directions on how to add a new listing for a CPT. I have created a new page and added both tags [gd_notifications]
    [gd_add_listing], but how do I link it to my CPT’s businesses, events, jobs etc?
    Each of my CPT’s has unique fields do I need a new page listing for each?

    This explains how to add a link to another CPT, I need to know how to create a New Listing page for a CPT that shows all the custom fields.

    Hi Lorraine McCutcheon,

    Thanks for your reply. To create a new listing page for a CPT, create a new empty page and use the shortcode builder to create a GD > Listing Shortcode https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/design/gd-listings/ that you can use to display your CPT listings. The example below will display Event CPTs. 

    [gd_listings post_type="gd_event" sort_by="az" title_tag="h3" layout="1" post_limit="5" add_location_filter="1" view_all_link="1" bottom_pagination="1" category="0"]

    Maybe I am not explaining this correctly, I am trying to Add a Listing page for users to add new business listings, these will have certain custom fields, how do I do this?
    Below is what I have as a screenshot but I am not seeing any of my custom fields.

    Hello,

    what happens when you view that page?

    It should redirect you to a URL where you see a form.

    If it is not the correct form for the gd_business, change the CPT slug in the URL to gd_business.

    Then link to that form.

    If you have already added your custom fields to the gd_business CPT, then all active fields will automatically show on the page.

    If we need to take a look please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply along with login URL and a link to the page where you took the screenshot.
