Astra Theme vs. BlockStrap/Directory Theme

I'd love to hear what themes people are using along with any pros and cons with them.

I'm new to GeoDirectory and setting up my first directory.
I'm building a local business directory for my small tourist town.

I love and am very familiar with building WordPress sites on Astra theme.

But since the makers of GeoDirectory also make the BlockStrap theme and the Directory child theme, I would think it might be a little more supported, reliable, and more GeoDirectory developers might be familiar with it.

I know they both technically work but do you think there are any concerns with using Astra theme over BlockStrap/Directory theme?

Not really, but if done right, sites built with Blockstrap will generally be a lot faster.
