Duplicated select in Add Listing (front end) REGION and city

Hello,

I'm using GeoDirectory with a Custom Post Type (CPT), and I've noticed an issue with the "Add Listing" form. The form is displaying duplicate select fields for both "Region" and "City," and I haven't been able to resolve it.
And only first is correctly enabled

I've followed the official documentation, but the duplication of select persists.

Could you please help me understand why this is happening and how I can fix it?
