What is the best way to translate HD?
I need to update some terms to pt-br.

Hi again

In the frontend these terms remain in English.

But when opening the .po file from the pt-br localization in poedit, they are correctly translated.

Maybe the MO file is not in the correct location, or you are not using the latest versions of the plugins.
Some strings may be in the core language file and others may be in the Pricing Manager language file.
