Yeah, tested a couple more this morning and they are auto publishing. The email saying, 'thanks, we'll let you know,' did not get sent, only the one saying, 'your listing is live.'
Which would be great if the 'New listing default status' wasn't set to Pending Review.
Just tested my first 'Claim Listing' and same issue. Message 1 on the form: 'fill this out and we will be in touch' then Message 2 on the screen once you submit: 'Your request to claim has been approved. View the listing here.' Message 3 in the email: 'thanks for the claim, we'll be in touch.' And the claim request shows properly in the dashboard under Pending Claims.
Something's off the rails here. Back to the drawing board, I guess.
