Does support for geodirectory even exist?

I have submitted a few tickets and messages via livechat and i never get a response?

anyone else have these problems?

I've always had great support from the GD team. You get an answer at most 24 hours which is understandable since we live a continent away from eachother. But they've always been good. Make sure you go to your AyeCode left side bar on your WP dashboard, and request support from there. It's so convenient!

I found and replied to your last email, our email provider was putting chat messages in a "notifications" folder and not the inbox 🙁 Thanks for helping us find this issue!

I've never had an issue. From my experience response to tickets has always been pretty quick.
