I'm working on a restaurant directory and I'm considering how I might include Food Trucks. Food Trucks sometimes have a fixed location but most do not and could be at different places on different days even if that is always in the same city or region. I would like to include them somehow, in their own category but without any street address. However, street address is a required field for good reason. Any suggestions of how I could manage this?
My current best thought is to create a separate post type for Food Truck and in that post type I could remove or make not required the address field.
Would love anyone's suggestions or input.
