We have had an API written to get company information into GeoDirectory. Some company logos are showing but others are not. Even though they are in the media library their preview thumbnail is not showing and they did not correctly link to their company. I cannot find a pattern to why some worked and others did not. My support requests have not yielded an explanation. Does anyone have insights into this issue? Thank you.
