Hello GeoDirectory Support Team,
I hope you are doing well.
We are currently building a directory website using the GeoDirectory plugin and have implemented all the required configurations on our WordPress site. However, we are facing an issue where Google Maps is not working on the GeoDirectory pages.
From our side, we have carefully checked the configuration of all required Google Maps APIs, and they appear to be working correctly. To verify this, we also tested the same APIs on our local development environment, where Google Maps is functioning properly without any issues.
However, when we use the same API setup on our GeoDirectory-powered website, the Google Maps functionality does not load or display as expected.
We have already double-checked the API keys, enabled services, and restrictions. Since everything seems to be working correctly on our end, we would appreciate it if your team could please review this issue and help us identify the root cause.
We have also attached screenshots showing that the APIs are working in our local environment but not on the GeoDirectory site for your reference.
Could you please let us know:
- Whether this issue might be related to the GeoDirectory plugin configuration, or
- If there is something we may have missed on our side?
Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Hassan
