I use autocomplete function with OSM. On some places (bigger cities), OSM sets no region, if I select a suggested address.. How can I set the region in this case (no regions delivered) to the city, so that city and region are the same? If a user stills wants to change the region, he can do it nevertheless. In this way, I would always have set all necessary fields for the location after typing in the address.
In short: I would like to have set the region to the same value as the city, if for the region has been delivered no value from autocomplete.
